The Doll Museum of Castell d’Aro

Museu de la Nina

The Museum has specialised in dolls from different countries, in consonance with the cosmopolitan environment of the town. In order to highlight the differences depending on origin and the materials used to make them, the dolls are arranged in the order of the country each doll comes from. Another group is composed of dolls that are outstanding for their quality. The value of the museum lies in the precision of the work, hand-made, and the similarity of the period costumes. There are also items created exclusively for collectors.
